How do I reprint the payroll reports ?

Integrating payroll with QuickBooks Online means that you'll gain access to tons of awesome payroll reports. This is going to come in so handy when trying to assess your finances. I'd be happy to explain how to print your payroll reports quickly and easily. 

Follow these steps to print payroll reports from QBO:

1. Click the Reports tab on the left navigation menu. 

2. Scroll to the bottom of the reports list to find your Payroll Reports. 

3. Click to open the report you'd like to print. 

Note: Some reports require you to select a "Printer Friendly" version. To do this, click the drop-down menu that says "Share" at the top right-hand side of your page. Click Printer Friendly, then select Print. 

4. If your report doesn't require you to select the Printer Friendly version, there will be a small printer icon. Select this to print.
