How do I rerun a returned paycheck?

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payroll makes it easy for you to pay your employee when situations like this arise.  I'll be happy to help!

If you haven't done so already, I recommend updating your employee's direct deposit information.  Since you've already completed the payroll process, you can simply open the Paycheque list to review the amount to pay your employee with EFT or cheque.  Here's how;

1. From the left menu open Payroll and then Employees

2. Select Paycheque list under Run payroll

3. Click on the Employee name to open the payroll details

You're ready to pay your employee with EFT on your bank's website, or provide a paper cheque.
