How do I run an additional payroll because there was an error in someone's payroll. So want to just run ad additional payroll just for that one employee

Hi there,

 

Errors like these are common and I'd be happy to show you how to get your employee paid. QuickBooks is a robust program which offer a variety of features that help you streamline your business. 

 

In order to accomplish this, you'll have to run the payroll again just for the employee in question. Here's how:

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Employees.
  2. Click Run payroll.  
  3. Select the employee to pay.
  4. At the Enter employee pay details page, select employees to pay, and click Create another cheque for employee.
  5. Enter the details of the paycheque, and click Preview payroll.
  6. Review and submit.
