How do I see employee direct deposit information?

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online is an exquisite software program for establishing all of your accounting tasks seamlessly.  It's great to hear that direct deposit is the go-to for paying your staff on time.  I'll be happy to provide more insight here!

Once you've set up the employees bank account for direct deposit, the account will be abridged for security purposes.  If you need to add or edit the information you can do so on the employee profile to ensure their pay is deposited to the correct account. Here's how:

1. From the left menu, select Payroll and then Employees

2. Click on the Employee name and hit the Edit ✎ beside Pay

3. Scroll down to the How do you want to pay +++ section and click the Edit ✎ 

4. Complete the required fields and hit OK when complete
