How do I set up an employee to just review timesheets in QBO?

Setting up your employees to have certain levels of access to your QuickBooks Online account is a necessary step to ensure your sensitive account information is protected. I'd be happy to explain the different user types you can set up in QuickBooks Online.

You can invite employees or suppliers as Time Tracking Only users. They can only enter their own time sheets. Their only access is to see time sheets and time reports.
