How do I set up QBO to pay vendors by direct deposit?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program that provides everything you need to record your transactions seamlessly.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

In QuickBooks Online, you'll record the bill payment and select the method of your preference.  Although there isn't a way to pay directly from QuickBooks at this time, you'll need to complete the payment from your bank's website.  Here's a helpful guide for entering bills and recording payments, for your reference.  

You may want to consider an app that integrates with QuickBooks Online to see what options are available for paying vendors.  If this is something you'd like to see available in the future, you can submit a suggestion to our Development team.
