How do I split the employee portion of source deductions from the employer portion?

Hello @marysmcdon ,

 

Are you subscribed to a QB payroll service?  If so, you shouldn't have to split them.  If your payroll is set up correctly, it is done for you within the program.  You would see the division when you go to Taxes-->Payroll Tax.  There you will see any outstanding taxes and you may also view your Tax Liability reports.
