How do I undo a recent pay run from quickbooks online?Instead of November, I did payroll for Dec 1 to Dec 30th and not including Dec 31st. Could I delete it?

Could I delete the December Payroll and run the payroll for November?

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that your payroll is accurate, so your staff is paid as scheduled.  QuickBooks Online provides options when situation like this arise.  I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction so you can rest assured your payroll is accurate!

 

If you're paying your staff with paper cheque rather than direct deposit, you can delete the cheques and rerun payroll.  However, if your staff is paid with direct deposit, the procedure is more complex and will require further assistance from our end.  I recommend contacting us outside of Community so we can gather the required elements and get you back on track with QuickBooks Online Payroll as soon as possible.
