How do my adjust payroll dates

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to edit the payroll dates as you see necessary, so your staff is paid as scheduled.  I'd be glad to assist!

Follow these steps to edit the payroll schedules;

1. Open Payroll and then Employees from the left menu

2. Select the Employee

3. Click Edit, to the right of Employee details

4. Select the Edit ✎ next to the Pay schedule field

5. Make the necessary changes and hit Save

Repeat the above steps for additional employees.
