How do you add past payroll history on the online quickbooks. Trying to add stubs from jan -June but it won't allow me to add earlier than June (YTD total not correct)

Welcome to Community!  Having employee year-to-date information applied to their payroll profile, is key in providing accurate forms.  QuickBooks Online Payroll, enables you to enter the information, when setting up your staff.  However, in your situation, the best course of action is to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists, outside of Community.  They'll be able to gather the required elements for your employees, and enter the data on your behalf, to ensure accurate calculations.
