How do you cancel your advanced pay roll option? do i have to call in?

I cancelled this yesterday.  I did call in and they did step me through it.  Basically it was to go to the MyApps page and click on the WagePoint Payroll app and then disabled it.  But note that you lose everything so if you want to have any records from past payrolls then you need to run the reports and save them otherwise you lose all your data.  You will get a couple of questions asking why you are cancelling the service.
