Welcome to Community!  Ensuring your staff is set up accurately is key with QuickBooks Online Payroll.  I'd be glad to provide some insight here!

 

Please be advised that being registered with your provincial Workers' Compensation Board requires you to pay the premiums based on your industry and employee earnings.  Once you've set up Workers' Compensation and assigned it to an employee, it can't be deleted.  Only rates that haven't been linked to an employee can be removed as outlined in this helpful guide.  If you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
