How do you reactive an inactive employee?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payroll allows you to bring your employees back on board effortlessly.  I'd be happy to show you how!

Let's make your employee active again by following these steps:

1. From the left menu, select Payroll and then Employees 

2. Right above your employee list, select the drop-down for Active employees and switch it to All or Inactive employees

3. Click on the employee's name, then click the Edit ✎ next to Employment

4. Update their employment status as needed then click Done
