How long after an employee quits will they have access to workforce to access their pay statements?

I appreciate you connecting with us here. QuickBooks is a versatile program that simplifies the way you manage your employees. I'll be happy to point you in the right direction so you can get the info you need in a timely manner. 

Your employee will still be able to view their pay statements for as long as your payroll is still active and as long as they're still granted access to the platform. If you'd like to revoke their access to the platform, here's how:

1. Click on the Payroll menu, then Employees.
2. Click the employee in question.
3. In the Personal info section, Select Revoke Access next to We’ve invited [employee] to view their pay stubs and T4/Relevé-1online with QuickBooks Workforce.
4. Select Revoke Access.
