How long do employees have to access their old paystubs after their employer has cancelled with QBO and switched to another provider?

Our payroll used to be run through QBO, but now we have switched to another provider and employees are asking how they can access their old paystubs in QBO. If they are unable to access them, is there another way I can provide the old paystubs to them?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! It's important that your employees have access to their paystubs when they need it. I can provide some information about paystubs in QuickBooks.

 

Once you have cancelled payroll with QuickBooks Online, your employees will have 12 months from the date you cancelled to view their paystubs in Workforce. As soon as the 12 months are up, they will no longer have access. I recommend having your employees download all paystubs that were provided to them.
