Hi foremosttire,

It’s awesome to see that you’re keeping track of your payroll reports. Making sure the numbers add up as you go is a great way to ensure accurate year-end forms, and really pays off in the long run. Depending on the specific payroll product you’re using with QuickBooks Online, the time it takes for reports to synchronize will vary.

In Advanced Payroll Powered by WagePoint, reports for a pay cycle are posted to QuickBooks on the pay date. This gives time for WagePoint to work its magic, and ensures you’ll always have the most accurate reports. It also prevents issues in case you ever need to cancel a pay run. Here’s a handy article with a few more details about this: QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll: How to access payroll reports

In Standard Payroll, paycheques are immediately posted to your books, so your reports will be available as soon as you finalize payroll. You can find these reports in the Payroll section of your Reports tab.

Feel free to let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
