How to add reimbursement in addition to service and hours?

It's important to be able to record a transaction such as paying your employee back for a business-related expense. If they use their personal funds to pay a business expense, you can pay them now or record the expense first and pay them later.

This article will guide you through how to pay your employee now, or how to record the expense for future payments. It also explains how to check your employee reimbursements to see how much you still owe.  

If you need to reimburse a contractor, make sure they're set up as a supplier. Then, create a bill for that supplier and pay it.
