How to delete T4 Employee Slips filing?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to make any necessary changes to your employee information, so you can create and file the T4 slips with confidence.  I would be glad to assist!

Once you've created and filed T4 slips, they will be archived. Here's how to locate and delete them;

1. Open Payroll, then Payroll tax

2. Select the Filings tab, then Archive

3. From the ▼ dropdown menu on T4 Employee slips, select Delete. 

Once you've updated the employee information on their profile, you're ready to Prepare and submit T4 slips and summary.
