How to edit ROE block 12?

Hi!

An employee started on Oct 2nd 2021, then temporarily had unpaid leave from Dec 18th 2021 to Feb 5th 2022, on which date he started again. And he is currently still employed.

However, I didn't have access to ROE Web up till now, so I kind of didn't create/submit his ROE yet.

But as he got paid since his technically "last pay period ending date", the wrong date appears in box 12 of the generated ROE.

How can I edit it?

    Hi nadeaustephanie.

     

    Processing a employees ROE with the correct information is crucial when one leaves or is let go. I'd be happy to help you regarding the final pay period on  an ROE.

     

    In order to process an ROE for the last pay period QuickBooks pulls the information from when the last pay schedule was done. If your employee left for a short time and then came back without an ROE being made you'll need to manually create the ROE for that time period. I recommend reaching out to your accountant for help with any information you may need to enter into this ROE. If you don't have an accountant no worries you can find one in your area by going to My Accountant>Find a pro to help.
