Hi lespetitesmains2,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic feature to ensure your staff is paid with confidence.  I'd be happy to provide more information so your employees can receive their paystubs seamlessly!

If you haven't done so already, you can invite your employees to Workforce to see their pay stubs, T4's or RL-1's.  Here's how to invite existing employees;

1. From the left menu, open Payroll and then Employees (Take me there)

2. Select Invite to Workforce

3. Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses

4. When finished, hit Send invite

Your employees will receive the invitation to their email and they'll follow the link to set up their account.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.

Follow these steps to download current paystubs, so you can email them from the saved location;

1. Open Payroll and then Employees

2. Select Paycheque list under Run Payroll

3. Click on the Employee to expand the view

4. Choose Print at the bottom of the page

5. Click on the Download icon in the top right

6. Save the paystub to a folder

7. Email it to the employee by adding it as an attachment.
