How to enter/fix past payroll info when setting up a new employee? I noticed a mistake on the historical info after I created a paycheque.

When you enter historical payroll details into QuickBooks Online Payroll, the program will allow you to continue editing it up until you complete the first pay run, and then the system locks it. This is to prevent accidental changes down the line that could negatively impact your books.
