How to implement "Pay customer expenses with money held in the liability account" in easystart package?I can't find the features in Help on" Record a retainer or deposit"

I'd like to record my client's expenses with money held in the liability account not under my income? is there any way to do it in easy start package?

Hi royanimmigration,

 

Welcome to Community!  Having the ability to record a deposit or retainer can be done in a few steps, in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to help!

 

Creating a liability account let's you track the funds you've received from your customers.  In addition, you'll need to create an item in your Products and Services.  The retainer can be turned into a credit on customer invoices, then turned into income and transferred to your operating account as noted here.
