how to make is easier for employees to access their pay stubs

I got a recent inquiry from an employee that he has a hard time opening the paystubs on his smartphone.

He downloaded an app and got it to open but can not print directly from the phone since there is a password protection on the file.

in the end he had to print from his computer. 

I understand that the password is a security measure,

but Quickbooks US seems to have a online cloud feature for the employee to access and print their paystubs anytime.

is that an option in Canada?

Welcome to Community!  Thank you for reaching out on behalf of your employee.  QuickBooks Online Payroll has the wonderful ability of allowing you to invite your employees to access their paystubs and related forms from any device through Workforce.  Based on the information you've provided, the issue could stem from several possibilities, such as connection failure or browser issues.  In this situation, more information would be necessary to pinpoint the probable cause and any error messages that may give us an idea of what can be done.  I recommend having the employee reach out to Workforce directly for hands on assistance and resolution.
