How to re-enable Direct Deposit for payroll? We had this working with no issues before September but now suddenly we lost this payment option for the payroll.

Two employees. Only payment option now is check. Direct deposit is enabled in QB in company settings.

To ensure your direct deposit is active, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  This will provide our Customer Care team with the opportunity to work with you directly and look further into this from our end.  Your success is our number one goal and we'd love to help!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
