How to resolve: In QBO, payroll Employees "We're having some trouble on our end. Give us a few minutes and come back."?? And is almost 2 hours already. Tried Refresh!

Thanks for sharing the error message you're getting when trying to work in the Payroll section of QuickBooks Online. Being able to complete tasks like running payroll on time is essential, and I'm here to make sure that you can do that.

 

I see you posted this question on Friday evening when we were out of office. If you're still seeing this message when you're working with payroll today, I recommend starting with the following troubleshooting steps. It's good you've already tried refreshing the browser, and by now you'll have probably also logged in and out. The steps I have tackle issues like temporary Internet files as well as browser and app issues. Give these a shot one-by-one.
