How to set pay run approval before auto payroll

Currently, QuickBooks Online Advanced (QBO) does not support a built-in approval process for automatic payroll. However, I can guide you through an alternative method to achieve this, ljq0415.

You can integrate a third-party application that facilitates an approval process before executing auto payroll. Here are the steps to guide you through this setup:

1. Go to the App menu on the left panel, then click Find apps.
   
2. Type in a keyword to search
3. Click Get app now.
