How to set up employees tax with holdings in a different province than that of which company is registered?

Hi keenanasimmons,

 

With QuickBooks Online, you can easily setup your payroll service depending on your business needs. For employees that are located in a different province than that of which company is registered, you need to fill in the proper information in the TD1 form. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Select Employees
  2. Select Add an employee
  3. Select the Pay Tab
  4. Input the employee name
  5. Select Enter TD1 form
  6. Fill out the employee's details
  7. Select Done
  8. Complete the sections 2 through 6
  9. Select Done
  10.
