Your screen name is super cute! Considering you've mentioned needing to set up a daycare business in QuickBooks Online, I have a feeling it could be the business name as well, in which case, it's definitely fitting. Thanks for choosing QuickBooks to manage the business's books. :)

 

I know how important it is to make sure that your books are set up and tracking just the way you need them to be and my goal is to help you get there. While I can show you the ropes of using the features in QuickBooks Online, such as editing the chart of accounts or creating an invoice, I can't advise you on the overall account setup. That, I leave to the professionals.

 

Those pros come in the form of bookkeepers, accountants, and potentially business management experts. QuickBooks can help you connect with a accountant or bookkeeper by using the My Accountant tab in the program. If you already have an accountant you're working with, that's great! You can add them as a user, which gives them access to make changes and help you with the books.

 

If you don't have an accountant, that's okay, too. That same tab has a Find a pro to help button, which you can click, then enter your city name or postal code to search for QuickBooks-savvy accountants in your area. Give it a shot!
