I'm here to share some insights about this feature you're looking for. QuickBooks Online for Canada offers the option to enter and pay bills, however, the option to send it though Direct Deposit is not yet available.

For now, this feature is only available in the US versions of QBO. As a workaround, you can look for a third-party Direct Deposit processing service to help you out.

You can go to this link to look for Direct Deposit apps: QBO Apps. Change the country flag to Canada to update the apps available for your country.
