How/where do you enter the address of the Third Party service provide for AT1 Efile so that it populates on the AEDI schedule

It's important you're able to enter the address for your third-party service provider so it populates on the AEDI schedule. Don't worry, I'll be happy to steer you on the right path so you can get the resolution you need.

To JamesM

Regarding me trying to populate my address in the Third Party Service Provider Efiler. I'm not using Profile but Pro Tax for Corporate taxes. Unfortunately the instructions you gave for Profile do not work in Pro Tax. Your instructions were similar to the Online Help instructions in Pro Tax which also don't work. The click items refer to directory items which don't exist in Pro Tax

Making sure that your client's tax return is filed correctly is important. I can point you in the right direction to get the assistance you need.

 

In order to have the best assistance with connecting Pro Tax with a Third Party service, I recommend reaching out to the Pro Tax support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to give you the best answers on how to get it connected. You can reach out to them by clicking on the Pro Tax help button located on the Pro tax tab, and select to start a chat or dial the number provided there.
