I accidentilly forgot to change two of my employees from direct deposit to cheque and i ran payroll is there a way to change

Welcome to Community!  Paying your staff with direct deposit is a valuable time saver.  QuickBooks Online Payroll, ensures your employees are paid on time.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

If you've already processed payroll with direct deposit, there isn't a way to change it to paper cheque.  It's important to note, that providing your employee's with a paper cheque can result in a duplicate payment.  However, if the direct deposit wasn't received due to an underlying issue, such as a change in the employee bank information, you will receive an email notification.  At that time, you can choose to provide your employee's with a paper cheque, or e-transfer the funds to them, outside of QuickBooks.
