I am getting the following message when trying to enter employee date of birth: Business Validation Error:

I just upgraded to QBOL and I am trying to get my employee information complete.  I am getting the following message when I try to enter DOB.

Business Validation Error: An unexpected error occurred while accessing or saving your data. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

Hi Teresa TLA,

 

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to set up your staff and pay them on time with QuickBooks Online Payroll.  However, the error message you've experienced has become a known issue.  Our Development Team is working diligently to resolve the situation as soon as possible.  If you'd like to be notified when the investigation has been complete, please contact us outside of Community so we can get you set up for an email notification.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
