Question

I am having hard time seeing both my terminated employee's ROE's. One employee I will have to activate, and then terminate again ... is this a glitch?

I am noting under payroll sales tax that I can generate one of the ROE's but not the other. Wondering if this is a glitch or if I terminated the employee incorrectly (though I did the first one and I can see her ROE....)

Hi there,

It's vital you're able to see both your terminated employee's ROE. I can see how time-consuming it is to have to activate and the terminate the employee again. Don't worry, I'll help get to the bottom of this.

First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies. Once you've done this, proceed with creating an ROE using the steps in this article: Create a Record of Employment (ROE).

Give this a try and if you're still having issues, I recommend contacting our support team using this link.
