Question

I am having trouble entering a postal code for a new employee. Why is quickbooks telling me it is the wrong postal code? It isn't.

Based on what you'e described, I recommend making sure your postal code can be found on the Canada Post website. Here's a link to the site. Once you've verified with the Canada Post website, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps fix most issues the site may be having. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
