I am issuing bonus Cheques for Christmas. I want them printed so I have changed to printed cheques. I do not want pay slips sent. What happens if I press submit?

It's great to hear that you're graciously gifting your valued employees, with a Christmas bonus!

When submitting a bonus through QuickBooks Online Payroll, employees will be able to access their paystubs on the scheduled pay day.  If you're running a 'bonus only' pay run, I would suggest changing the Pay Date to a later date, that falls after receiving your gift.  However, to ensure your staff does not have access to this in Workforce, I encourage you to speak with a Workforce specialist, for additional confirmation, prior to submitting the 'bonus' pay run.  Please follow this link, to chat with a member of the Workforce team.
