I am sick and tired of trying to navigate through this. My subscription was renewed and billed through Apple AppStore. They confirmed. Yet quickbooks is still inactive
Subscription lapsed due to credit card expiration. I've entered the credit card and have been billed. Yet Quickbooks is still inactive. I reached out to quickbooks and they told me to ask Apple AppStore to change my billing method to intuit. They said they can't. I believe them. I am so close to giving up and cancelling quickbooks forever. It should not be this much work to activate and subscribe to quickbooks.
