I am sick and tired of trying to navigate through this. My subscription was renewed and billed through Apple AppStore. They confirmed. Yet quickbooks is still inactive

Hi there, @parm104-gmail-co. I can help you activate QuickBooks in tracking your entries as quickly as possible.
 

First, I recommend logging in and out to QuickBooks to refresh the page. Then, check the status of your subscription. If it's still showing as inactive, I recommend opening your account through a private window. It's the best place to check browser-related issues that may affect the issue.

You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If your subscription is active, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

If you're using a mobile device, you can reset your app's data following these steps:

• Android - From your phone's settings, select Apps (varies by device). Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage. Select clear data.
• iOS - From your phone's settings, select Settings, then, click on General and choose iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

If QuickBooks is still inactive, you may need to reach out to the Apple Store to review the status of your account.
