I am trying to enter a new employee and QB Online will not let me save the employment info

QuickBooks Online is a huge time-saver for any small business owner. Managing employees is a huge task, and it's imperative that you can add, edit, and deactivate employees as your business evolves. If you're running into issues when trying to enter a new employee, follow the browser troubleshooting steps below to get back on track. 

 

The first step is to try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can build up and cause bugs, latency, and errors in your QBO account. Here's how to clear them depending on your browser type: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files? 

If the issue persists, try using a private window in Google Chrome. Incognito Mode is a private window that runs separately from the rest of the browser.
