I am trying to get my pst back to zero after recording it too many times

The process of unfiling a filed tax return is currently unavailable directly in your account. You'd need to contact our support team for this. The reason is that you'd need to provide some personal details related to your account and since we value your privacy, it's best you contact our support team directly. Here's how to contact our support team: 

 

  1.     Go to Help at the top, then click on the Contact Us link.
  2.     In the What can we help you with? window, enter contact support in the field box.
  3.     Click on the Let’s talk button.
  4.     In the Choose a way to connect with us section, select Chat or Get a callback.
