I am trying to get payroll access with QBO for my client they just requested some information to be sent in how can I upload these documents for my client? Thank You

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  I'd be happy to provide more information with your client's QuickBooks Online Payroll so you can get back to business as soon as possible!

During the initial setup, additional documents that have been requested can be uploaded through a secure file exchange link, provided in the email that was sent to the Principal Officer on the Payroll account.  I'd recommend reaching out to them so you can proceed with the document upload and complete the QuickBooks Online Payroll setup in a timely fashion.
