Question

I am trying to run payroll as usual but one employee is flagged as needing more info. She is not new and I do not know what is missing

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having an employee flagged can be concerning.  I would be glad to assist!

 

If an employee has made any changes, such as an address or bank account, you can edit their profile with the steps in this helpful guide.  To view the area of concern, follow these steps;

 

1. From the left menu open Payroll and then Employees

2. Select the employee to open their profile

3. Scroll through the list to see which area the 'warning' is associated with, and make the necessary changes.
