Question

I am trying to subscribe to payroll and I just get the spinning wheel on all platforms. Any suggestions?

I have checked this on my end and our engineers are now working and investigating for the permanent fix.

 

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They'll add you as one of the affected users and rest assured you'll be notified for any updates about this.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Then, click Let's Talk.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
