I am trying to update address of employee. the system says The city, province, and postal code don't match (Sutton ON L0E1R0) . Confirm and correct your address details

Could you please guide me how to update the address?

Being able to update your customers addresses is crucial to make sure you always ship your products to the right place. I'd be happy to help you get your customers address entered.

 

Updating a customers address is as simple as 1,2,3. All you need to do is pull up the customers by going to: Sales>Customers>Select the customer to be updated. From there you can select the Edit button and enter the new address. Only thing you need to do is make sure each part of the address is entered into the correct labeled box. If you still get an error when trying to update the address I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, closing your internet browser and opening QuickBooks again in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode.
