I am unable to save any employee payroll edits. The 'Done' button is missing?

Hi Kirby, 

 

Running your business with QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to streamline your bookkeeping and stay organized. It's awesome that you're also using Payroll with QBO to save even more time. Making edits and changes in the account is sometimes necessary, and I want to make sure you're able to save these changes. 

 

Try some browser troubleshooting to get this resolved. It sounds as though your account may be impacted by stored Internet files that have built up in the background of your browser, and it's important to clear those out to give your browser a fresh start. To do that, clear the cache and cookies.


If you're still not seeing the Done button, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs separately from the rest of your browser. 

 

If the issue persists, try using an alternative browser all together. 

 

If you've tried all these steps and you're still not seeing the Done button in your account, please reach out to our tech support team so an agent can investigate this further.
