I can't change the transfers to box

when doing a transfer of funds I can't change the account being transfered to

It's vital that all your transactions are correctly entered so that your accounts are well balanced. QuickBooks online is a great tool able to help you keep track of amounts in your bank accounts so that they are well accounted for in your books. When creating a bank transfer, if you can't select an option in the transfer to box, I recommend clearing your browsing data as this could be the cause of the inability to select. These temporary files can affect any cloud-based software like QuickBooks and cause errors. Here are some steps to try to resolve the issue:
