I can’t find the Employee or Tax tabs in the left menu to work on payroll with my IPhone or IPad

Running payroll is an essential part of operating a small business. It's great that you've chosen to use QuickBooks Online Payroll for help streamlining your workflow by keeping everything in one place. I'd be happy to explain why you're not seeing the Employees tab in the mobile app. 

While the mobile app for QuickBooks Online is greatly beneficial for on-the-go business owners, there's a few functions that are supported solely in the browser version of the program. Running payroll is something that you'll have to do in the browser, preferably Google Chrome. Google Chrome is the best supported browser for QuickBooks Online and helps the program run at it's best.
