I cannot view my PD7A forms any suggestions?

It's important you're able to see your statement of current source deductions and I'll be happy to show you how to access it. If you're using the Advanced QuickBooks Online Payroll, check out this link here. Otherwise here are the steps for Standard Payroll:

1.     From the left menu, select Taxes.
2.     Select Payroll Tax.
3.     Under the Forms section, select Monthly Forms or Quarterly Forms.
4.     Select PD7A.
5.     Choose the desired time period you'd like to run the report for.
6.     Now you can:

•         View and print the form like you normally would
•         Archive the form for later
