I cant run payroll, it keeps looping into what kind of account I want?

It sounds like you're experiencing a browser-related latency issue. Don't worry, there's a few troubleshooting steps you can try to clear this up. When things are looping, it helps to clear out the cache and cookies in your browser window. These are the stored Internet files that can build up over time and cause bugs in QuickBooks Online and other sites. If you're still experiencing the same issue when you log back into your QuickBooks account, try using a different browser all together. You can also try using Private Browsing mode.
