I couldn't find the PD7A monthly form under the Payroll Tax section. There used to be an option for downloading a monthly PD7A form, but it disappeared now.

Welcome to Community!  Being able to locate your statement of current source deductions in QuickBooks Online is essential in paying your remittance on time. I'd be glad to assist!

Here's how to locate the PD7A;

1. Open Taxes from the left menu, then Payroll tax

2. Click on the Payments tab

3. Scroll to the botom and choose All payments resources

4. Click on Remittance forms (monthly), then PD7A

6. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to Select the tax period

7. Hit View
