I do not see a wage subsidy box to tick in my payroll report for my employees. Where do I find this ?

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. It is great that you are taking advantage of features in QuickBooks Online. Based on what you described, I recommend clearing cache and cookies to make sure you there is no browser issue. In case this issue persists, you can contact our support team by:

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
  • Social Media: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
    Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
