I dont have a run payroll option

I have a 30 day free trial for payroll, but I don't see a "run payroll" option

Let me help you check your trial status so you can proceed to using the payroll option in QuickBooks Online, oklakebook.

 

You will know when you have an active payroll by checking the Account and Settings page. Follow the steps below to check your trial subscriptions:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Your subscription is shown below your company ID.

 

If you see that the trial is active, and you still can't use the service, try opening your account in a private window.

 

Sometimes, the data in the cache can cause unexpected issues in QuickBooks Online. To launch a private window, use any of the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If you're able to successfully use the feature, go back to the regular window and clear its cache. This will help remove the piled data on the history, so you can start with a clean slate.
